What is a MoodPixel digital badge?
A MoodPixel badge is a wearable full-color digital display that lets you show your own photos, GIFs, messages, designs, and other supported content from your phone. Features vary by model.
What is the difference between the E05, E92, and Lanyard Edition?
E05: A 1.85-inch, 360 × 360 round touchscreen display. It supports photos, animated GIFs, messages, and videos up to 15 seconds with sound. It uses magnetic mounting, the Zrun app, Bluetooth, USB-C charging, and provides up to 5–7 days of typical use depending on settings.
E92: A 1.7-inch, 360 × 360 full-color badge at 283 PPI. It supports photos, GIFs, videos up to 15 seconds, text, emojis, and QR codes. It includes a capacitive touchscreen, dual side buttons, Bluetooth 6.0, a 600 mAh battery, and magnetic charging.
Lanyard Edition: A 1.7-inch, 360 × 360 full-color touchscreen badge that supports photos, GIFs, short videos, emojis, text, and QR codes. It includes both a built-in pin and a lanyard, plus NFC and a rechargeable battery rated for 20+ hours of use.
Which MoodPixel badge should I choose?
Choose the E05 if you want the larger 1.85-inch touchscreen, magnetic mounting, USB-C charging, and 15-second video with sound. Choose the E92 if you want the flagship 1.7-inch badge with magnetic charging, dual side buttons, and a 600 mAh battery. Choose the Lanyard Edition if wearing the badge around your neck or switching between a lanyard and pin is most important.
Can I upload my own photos and GIFs?
Yes. All three current badge models support custom photos and animated GIFs. Connect the badge to its compatible mobile app over Bluetooth and upload supported content from your phone.
Can MoodPixel badges display video?
Yes. The E05 supports videos up to 15 seconds with sound, and the E92 supports videos up to 15 seconds. The Lanyard Edition also supports short videos.
Can I display a QR code?
Yes. The E92 and Lanyard Edition support QR-code content, which can be useful for a website, social profile, shop, event page, or digital contact information. The E05 can also be used to display QR-code content as part of a creator or digital-business-card setup.
Which app does the E05 use?
The E05 uses the Zrun app on compatible iPhone and Android devices. Pair the badge over Bluetooth, then upload your content from the app.
Are MoodPixel badges rechargeable?
Yes. The E05 charges by USB-C. The E92 uses magnetic charging. The Lanyard Edition includes a USB charging cable.
Are the badges waterproof?
No. The E92 and Lanyard Edition are not waterproof and should be kept away from showers, pools, swimming, heavy rain, and excess moisture.
How do the protective cases work?
MoodPixel protective carry cases are available in Cat Ear, Round, Circular, and Star styles. Case fit varies by badge model, so check the badge product page for current compatibility and any free-case promotion before ordering.
How long does U.S. shipping take?
U.S. standard shipping is free. Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days, and estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing. Tracking is emailed after shipment.
